Navigating the Web App
The Vigil web app lives at your organization's Vigil URL (e.g. app.exergygroup.ai). It uses a two-level sidebar: an org-level view and a store-level view. Most day-to-day work happens inside a store.
Roles affect what you see. If a section isn't visible, you likely don't have the required permission. See Roles & Permissions.
Signing in
Go to your Vigil URL and sign in with your email. First-time users need to accept an invitation email from your org admin. See Invite Users & Manage Roles for how invites are sent.
Org-level sidebar
When you first sign in you land on the org dashboard — a view across all your stores. The left sidebar shows org-level sections:

Entering a store
From Stores in the sidebar, click any store name. The sidebar switches to the store-level view, scoped to that building.

How to get back to the org view
Click your organization name or logo at the top of the sidebar to return to the org-level dashboard, or click Organizations at the bottom of the sidebar to switch between orgs.
